Grinch Appetizer
This was somewhere on FB and it was a huge healthy hit @ Christmas. Ya, my kids are grown.
4″ skewer, layered bottom to top:
Green grape
Slice of banana (soaked in citrus so it doesn’t brown)
Strawberry top
Mini marshmallow
(The base is a pomegranate with the bottom trimmed flat)
